Sicilian Camp Schedule
(2022 schedule will be finalize mid May)
SATURDAY June 11th (Catania)
Arrive Catania where transportation will be provided to the house. We will get settled and enjoy an evening Sicilian BBQ on the deck of the house overlooking Mt Etna & the Ionian Sea.




SUNDAY June 12th (Presa)
FITNESS: 1 hour "Boot Camp"
TOUR: Sicilian Vineyard








MONDAY JUNE 13th (Etna Loop)
FITNESS: 1-3 hour bike or hike up Etna
TOUR: Mt. Etna
TUESDAY JUNE 14th (Aci Castello & Aci Trezza)
FITNESS: 1 hour run/walk along promenade & 2 hour paddle board in Mediterranean
TOUR: Castello Normanno-Svevo di Aci Castello




WEDNESDAY JUNE 15th (Catania)
FITNESS: 3-4 hours walking tour with lower strength & core stops
TOUR: Fish Market / Piazza Duomo / Fontana dell'Elefante / Cattedrale di Sant'Agata / Roman Amphitheater / Villa Bellini




THURSDAY JUNE 16th (Nicolosi)
OPTION DAY: After 4 full days of fitness and adventure Saturday brings options from you from the house. We do ask you to be done by 3:00pm for a house BBQ.
FITNESS:
1. Do absolutely nothing and hang by the pool & play tennis.
2. Run , walk or hike hike a local trail from the house and explore Etna and the local town of Nicolosi.
3. Add another day of cycling from the house with route options.
FRIDAY JUNE 17th (Taormina)
FITNESS: 2 hour adventure hike in and around the city of Taormina & 2 hour snorkeling in Taormina
TOUR: Taormina & surrounding area





SATURDAY 18th (Riposto)
FITNESS: Ride To Riposto
TOUR: Circumetnea




SUNDAY JUNE 19th (Travel)
FITNESS: Morning Yoga
TOUR: Drive To Airport
