Fitness Adventure

WHO

Anyone who wants to cycle, hike, run, snorkel, ATV, swim, paddle board, yoga/pilates, bootcamp while seeing the sights of Sicily. Each fitness session will be lead by Robert Pennino along with additional coaches and instructors local to Sicily.  

INCLUDES

• Accommodations: we will share a spacious home with convivial living space, daily cooking, cleaning and each has private bedroom & bath.

• As Terrier Travelers, we come together with shared athletic passion, good humor, and spirited nature.  Cleanliness standards will be rigorously upheld and per Italian and European rules you must meet all vaccination requirements.  

• All food. Daily breakfast, lunch & dinner.  House will be stacked with all the essentials and then some! Dinner separate from the group are not included if you choose some solo time. 

• Entry to all landmarks & tours listed on the schedule.

• Vineyard wine & tasting.

• Rental bike and helmet (bikes are equipped with flat pedals, Look Deltas or SPD) but we suggest you bring your own pedals. Electric road bikes are available for addition costs.

• Snorkeling equipement.

• Paddle boards.

• Daily itinerary of training and events 

• Wi-Fi for your work needs

• Transportation: to and from all fitness sessions and group functions.
