WEDNESDAY

11:00a - Campers arrive in Orlando (MCO) by 11:00a. From NYC here are a few options.

11:30 ish - Vans depart for National Training Center (NTC).  Snacks and hydration in vans.  If renting or traveling by car, please arrive to the NTC by 1:00pm.   

1:00p - Arrive NTC/Sign In/Quick Tour

1:30p to 2:30p - SWIM - FOCUS: Sighting/Breathing (Under & Above water video)

2:45p - Change & back in vans

3:15p - Arrive Publix & shop for week. 

4:15p - Arrive house

5:30p - BIKE. Easy 30 min to get bikes dialed in/set up

6:00p - RUN. Easy 10 min shake out run

7:30p - BBQ dinner at the house/review swim video

THURSDAY

6:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

6:30a to 7:30a - Breakfast & make lunch and snacks for the day

7:30a - Depart from house

8:30a - 9:15a RUN. Cross Country Trails

9:15a-10:00a - Snack get on bikes

10:00a - 12:00p - BIKE two hours "East" - Click to download bike route

12:30p - 1:30p - Lunch at Panera

2:00p to 3:00p - SWIM - FOCUS: Catch/Set/Go

3:15p - Depart NTC for house

4:00p - Relax

6:30p - Depart for Paddlefish

7:00p - Group dinner Disney Springs @ Paddle Fish

FRIDAY

7:00a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

7:00a to 8:00a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

8:00a - Depart from house

8:30a - 9:30a RUN. 60 minutes red roads

9:30a - 10:30a Depart to NTC, eat snack and get bikes ready.

10:30a - 1:00p BIKE. 20-25 miles "the hills" - Click to download bike route

1:15p-2:15p Lunch at Panera

3:00p - 4:00p SWIM - Focus: Finish/Enter

5:00p - Arrive at house, chill & cook

7:00p - Group dinner at house

SATURDAY

7:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

7:30a - 8:30a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

8:45a - Depart house for Lake Mineola

9:00a - 1:00p - LONG BIKE 50+ miles - Click to download bike route

1:00p - 1:15p RUN. 10 - 15 Minutes off bike

1:00a - 2:00p - Lunch Lake Mineola

2:00p - 3:00p - Open water swim

6:30p - Depart for Estefan Kitchen Orlando

7:15p Dinner @ Estefan Kitchen Orlando

SUNDAY

6:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

6:30a - 7:30a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day and we are checking out so pack all bags.

8:00a - Depart for Lake Louisa

9:00a - 10:30a Brick workout BIKE 3/RUN .5/BIKE 3/RUN1.0/BIKE 3/RUN.5/BIKE 3/RUN 1.0/BIKE 3/RUN .5

Swim Suits & Bathing Suits, wetsuit

Swim goggles, tinted & clear

2-3 swim caps

terrier provides: paddles, kick boards, buoys, towels, sun screen

BIKE

Bike - If you're renting please let us know your size, bring your pedals. 

Helmet - Comes with bike rental if renting

Sun glasses (tinted & clear if possible) 

Nutrition, Hydration & Supplements specific to you

Reminder that during training sessions terrier provides nutrition bars/snacks/gels/hydration etc. But if you need something specific we suggest you bring it or pick it up when at camp.  

GENERAL CLOTHING PACKING

Evening apparel is nothing more than shorts & sandals and clothing to chill around the house.  May be a light sweater for the cold indoor dining in Florida. We have full washers & driers if you want to travel very lite
