FITNESS BASELINE
If you have any questions, please send us an email, and we can discuss it further. If you're following the Olympic schedule, it's completely fine to be a first-timer. We have plenty of time to prepare you for your first race. Below is a general overview for the 70.3 and Ironman baseline.
Swim
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
70.3 - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 min. each with OWS mixed in.
IRON - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 - 45 min. each with OWS mixed in.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
70.3 - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 - 45 min. each with OWS mixed in.
IRON - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 - 60 min. each with OWS mixed in.
Bike
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
70.3 - 1-2 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 60-90 min long ride.
IRON - 1-3 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 90-120 min long ride.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
70.3 - 1-3 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 60-90 min long ride.
IRON - 2-4x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 90-150 min long ride.
Run
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
70.3 - 1-2 x's /wk between outside or on treadmill 30-60 min.
IRON - 1-3 x's /wk between outside or on treadmill 30-60 min.

Fun tracking and leaderboard for all sports.
Italy Accommodations
Once athletes are confirmed, we arrange travel to enhance the group experience. We split the cost of housing and transportation for those who wish to with the group. Typically, we provide one large van and an additional vehicle, depending on the number of athletes participating. Spectators are welcome to join in as well!
