I was just there meeting with the race director and city team, and WOW, this venue is something special. A stunning swim in turquoise waters, rolling coastal roads, and a seaside run that’ll literally take your breath away (and not just because of the hills ).Heads up: The race is almost sold out!

Whether you’re chasing your first finish line or aiming for a PR, Terrier gives you the structure, support, and accountability you need to succeed. Each person will have a personal zoom call to discsuss your individual goals and review how the schedule works.

Swim
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
Oly - 0-2 x's /wk at least 30 min. each with OWS mixed in.
HALF - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 - 45 min. each with OWS mixed in.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
OLY - 1-2 x's /wk at least 30 - 45 min. each with OWS mixed in.
HALF - 1-3 x's /wk at least 30 - 60 min. each with OWS mixed in.
Bike
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
OLY - 0-2 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 60-90 min long ride.
HALF - 1-3 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 90-120 min long ride.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
OLY- 1-3 x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 60-90 min long ride.
HALF - 2-4x's /wk between outside, on trainer or spin class. 90-150 min long ride.
Run
