Can be done on a treadmill OR find a hill about 90 seconds long. If in NYC you can meet at the "S" on West Drive above Dalehead Arch just south of Tavern On The Green (at 64th Street).
- Your warm up is to the start. be there at 6:30a sharp
- 40:00 as 200yd "stride" / 200yd "Strength"
- RI is about 1:2
- Early season run strength
