Come join Terrier for the best coached group workouts in Tampa! Since 2005, Terrier has lead people of all levels to improved fitness. At #terrierfitness, it's all about keeping fitness fun, encouraging and consistent. All levels and ages are welcome so come give us a try!
WHAT: We will provide a 8 week training plan which includes coached, managed and supervised workouts IN PERSON & ONLINE. It's the best of both worlds. We rotate our weekly workouts so it builds and prepares you for your group event while you get fit and strong.
- 2 group training sessions in Dana Shores on Monday & Friday (Times TBD)
- A weekly group training schedule for you to follow online
- A log In page specific for the Dana Shores training group with tips & news
- Nutrition suggestions along the way
- Email support with questions about training and fitness and what NOT to do! :)
- Event day support! Coach will be with for the event to see you to the finish line
WHERE: DANA SHORES (location will change within the area based on workouts)
WHEN: Starting in June Monday & Friday and ending Mid August
WHO: Come one, come all! We welcome all ages and fitness levels
FINAL EVENT: Family fun 5k in mid August (TBD).

HOW IT WORKS & TIPS
1. Have clearance from your doctor.
2. If you have a gps or digital watch please wear it.
3. Come hydrated for a better workout
4. Wear reflective clothing or running light when season calls for it.

Finally, those of you new to reading workouts, the key is below.
WU - Warm Up
MS - Main Set
CD - Cool Down
EZ - Means just that, easy comfortable jog with HR is 60-70%
HR - Heart Rate
RI - Recovery Interval
IT - Interval Time
TH - Threashold (the point your pace/intensity is where your body can still clear the lactic acid and avoid build up. The effort is anywhere between 80-90% depending on fitness and training.
