MONTHLY SWIMMING

You receive 2 weekly workouts and each is geared towards all levels. However if you are a true beginner and cannot swim a complete 25 yard lap please let us know before you attend practice. Monthly Swim  You will be billed monthly for this program $39 Monthly

INDOOR/OUTDOOR

The apprehensions of a cyclist can be many. Combine that with the busy streets, lights and weather this program becomes truly valuable. It brings beginner cycling to an entirely new level combining great coaching and indoor computrainer technology at Terrier to prepare you for outside riding.

 

What You Need To Know

• 6 sessions over 2 weeks with the last Saturday involving a coached ride of 2-3 hours over the Gandy Bridge. 
• Each session will focus on a different skill - bike handling, shifting & gearing, group riding skills, etc. 
• Bike and helmet 
• If you don't have a bike and helmet it's Ok. Terrier will rent one for this program. 
• Understand wattage
• Biking (look or SPD pedals) or tennis shoes are ok. 
• All classes meet at Terrier unless noted

TEAM MEMBERSHIP

Our most popular program, Tampa's introductory $99 monthly membership includes 5 coached workouts per week;

2 swims, 1 Brick (Bike on computrainer & run outside) and 2 runs.

 Also included is the team online weekly schedule which works in  

coordination with our team race schedule, an email list serve and group chat to coordinate communication throughout the week.  We also host special social and training events, guest speakers, and have discounts with local and national sponsors. And as a team member you will also receive coaching support at all team races. Team $99 Monthly
