In Person Group Run

Come join Terrier for the best coached group workouts, runs & bikes in NYC! Since 2005, Terrier has been leading athletes & runners of all levels to improved fitness while keeping it fun. Come join us for a workout in NYC's Central Park or Tampa's Bayshore Blvd. **With the current situation, we have our in person coaching session on hold.**
Come one, come all! We welcome all ages and fitness levels. What separates our workouts from others? It's coached, managed and supervised where you follow a specific workout based on time, distance, intensity or pace. We rotate our weekly workouts so it coincides with Terrier's annual schedule to give progressive build and structure.
1 hour workout which includes warm up, drills, intervals.

HOW IT WORKS & TIPS
2. If you have a GPS or digital watch please wear it.
3. Come hydrated for a better workout.
4. Groups will be separated based on fitness, running or goals.
BOOTCAMP WORKOUTS - all stay in same group.
Group 1 - 7:30mm and below
Group 2 - 7:30mm - 8:45mm
Group 3 - 8:45mm - 10:00mm
Group 4 - 10:00mm and above
5. Wear reflective clothing or running light when season calls for it.
